Hamilton fans flooded Charles Leclerc's Instagram with abuse after the Dutch Grand Prix, where Leclerc held up Ferrari team mate Lewis Hamilton on a different strategy, refused a pit call and made a final lap lunge at Turn 5 before shaking his head at Hamilton after the flag.
